Yu Ain't Much of a Man

This track was written in the searing heat of a Beijing apartment some time in may/june 2011. It was a reaction to the debate at the time in Australia with people migrating into that country. I turned the story around and set it to some time after 1788 and the debate, or discussion that 'could have taken place' within the aboriginal community of the time. I'm not championing any cause, simply reporting on scenarios a couple of hundred years apart and the back n' forth between proponents and opponents of migration.

Being out of the loop with the psyche of how Australians were thinking the piece was probably triggered by a youtube report from around that time before it was banned in china, coincidentally in the same year and on the very same day as the Tidal Wave in Fukishima Japan. I digress.

The song was originally an acoustic piece, but as time transpired I always wanted to 'electrify' it.
