Song for Palestine

from the sublime disorder by Steve BLaque

/

about

Very little recollection of this piece and I found it only recently and thought that it reflected how I was evolving @ the time many of the recordings on this album took place. Originally a song with a lyric given over by a pal I'd decided to move into this instrumental to convey the thoughts of what Palestine meant to me as a younger boy man. In listening I'm reminded of sounds that I was hearing from the mid to late 90's that Plutonic, a performer from Melbourne Australia was sending me...I mean he was sending songs that he was into and that were more beat led....I was into the groove even though it was ways out o' my wack but from a listening point of view I was diggin' and I think that's maybe what I was trying to get at on this piece....I'll leave it fo' you coz I'm still not sure...

lyrics

sadly on this track, mainly because it's an instrumental lyrics will have to be left empty...but you're very welcome to write some and send on over to me!
