Everybody Dies n' Everybody Will

from the sublime disorder by Steve BLaque

about

this track was recorded in a hotel room in shenzhen with local to shenzhen singer Kitty Wu. around 2006 to 2008 kitty and i were collaborating on several pieces and they're either on this volume or the 2nd volume of the same name. the other pieces were both a period cover and a more indie oriented sound, but with this piece and given my style and the language issues we were working through this was as close as it could get to a ''pop song' at this time. i was beginning to feel this need to try to get some acclaim through music and while that may have been my desire sometimes ambition and reality do not mix....the thought of writing a pop song where everybody in the song dies i kind've think on reflection isn't or wasn't ''great marketing''!
